How do I request a stock file replacement?

Answer

IF YOU LOST YOUR STOCK FILE, OR YOUR STOCK FILE FAILS TO LOAD,

REQUEST A STOCK REFLASH FILE.

 

Here's how it's done!

 

FOR THOSE THAT ALREADY HAVE A USER NAME AND PASSWORD FOR THE SPARTAN WEB SITE:

1.  Log in and select "Tune Request" under the User Menu and then "Stock Reflash" near middle of the page.

2. Scroll down and select "Submit" at the bottom of the page.

3. After your stock reflash file has been created, download it from "My Tunes and Files" under the User Menu.


IF YOU'RE NOT REGISTERED ON THE SPARTAN WEB SITE:

1. Contact the person you bought your DashDAQ from to request a user name and a password for the Spartan web site.

2. After you receive an email with your user name and password, log into the Spartan web site and select "My Details" under the User Menu.

3. Select "Edit" and then "Update Your Profile."

4. Enter all of your profile data and then make absolutely sure every detail is correct.

5. Select "Update" at the bottom of the page.

6. Select "Tune Request" under the User Menu and then "Stock Reflash" near middle of the page.

7. Scroll down and select "Submit" at the bottom of the page.

8. After your stock reflash file has been created, download it by selecting "My Tunes and Files" under the User Menu.
